About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer (React.js) with 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally gained in fast-paced startup environments. This role requires strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces, with the added advantage of familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js. You will play a key role in shaping our product’s user experience, collaborating across teams, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Frontend Development (React.js):
Architect, develop, and optimize responsive, intuitive, and high-performing web applications using React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Next.js).
Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices.
Implement reusable components and maintainable code structures.
Backend Collaboration (Node.js):
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly into the frontend.
Contribute to backend discussions and provide input on Node.js services when needed.
Product & Design Partnership:
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Advocate for design consistency and usability across the platform.
Quality & Delivery:
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases.
Take ownership of feature delivery, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
Team Contribution:
Engage, Learn, and Share best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, preferably in startups.
  • Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and frameworks like Next.js.
  • Familiarity with backend development using Node.js and API integration patterns.
  • Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
