Your primary mission is to identify and connect with businesses that might need our products.

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and culturally aware individual with a "hunter" mentality, who is passionate about technology and skilled at building lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (leads) within target industries who would benefit from our products.
  • Outreach & Lead Generation: Initiate contact with prospects through a high volume of strategic cold calls, personalized emails, and other means.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture trust with potential clients, understanding that Saudi business culture is built on strong, long-term relationships.
  • Lead Qualification: Skillfully ask probing questions to understand a prospect's business needs, challenges, and budget, qualifying them as a viable sales opportunity.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure high-quality introductory meetings and product demonstrations for our senior Account Executives.
  • Client Management: Meticulously track all sales activities, conversations, and lead statuses to ensure a clean and accurate pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Be the "eyes and ears" on the ground. Gather feedback from prospects about our product, competitors, and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role. (Recent, ambitious graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be a clear, confident, and professional communicator over the phone and email.
  • Attitude: A true "hunter" mentality—proactive, self-motivated, and not afraid of rejection.
  • Resilience: The ability to be patient and persistent, understanding that the B2B sales cycle can be long and requires consistent follow-up.
  • Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of outreach activities.
  • Cultural Awareness: A strong understanding of the local Saudi business culture and etiquette.
